Dunamor
Continent: Desolathya
Quests:
- LQ 30 Rescue DorianLQ 30 Rescue Dorian
- Look at the village men until you see one with something wield with their coat.
- Kill them, and search their coat for a key
- Go to the elder room and "search cupboards" to get the garlic
- Just to be safe, go to the cleric and "ask help" to get a flask of holy water
- Go to Beryl, and find the shopkeeper. Buy necklace
- Go into the temple and "show necklace to guardian" to get past them
- Push altar and go down.
- Drink flask, drop garlic, and then "release dorian"
Special Explore Room:
- If you climb the slope to the shepherd, this is a special explore room
- On checking this again, I'm not sure if it is an official special explore room. But it is neat.
- On checking this again, I'm not sure if it is an official special explore room. But it is neat.
Open Questions:
- What is the deal with the broken fishing rod and the lake?
- Does the holy water do anything?
- Is there any reason to go past the smith (silver necklace?) or into Deverah's room where her kid is?
- I've been told there is the ability to sneak past the Berul guards without fighting them. I don't know how to do this though.

Map:
Note: Special thanks to http://www.maroon.com/bat/dunamor.asp as I struggled with making this map so it was helpful to see the "multi-hop" moves that was detailed in their map. I noticed their map was missing parts (such as the river) and the town didn't match what I found though.
Quest Notes:
Starting out:
- Enter the area.
- After going one "north" you can "climb slope" to get to a hidden area with a shepherd and a dog. I "think" this is a special explore room.
- Was getting randomly attacked by vampires when outside of the village. They were super weak so it was more a "hmm" than anything else.
- Generally go NW to get to the first town. If you wander into the NE forest there are lots of little critters to kill there. But you can't get past the gate into Berul without first getting a key from a villager in Kaveril.
- Note, if you start attacking critters, you can agro others. Therefore an easy fight may get more difficult.
Bridge/River:
- When crossing the bridge to the NW town, look at bridge, look at plank, and move plank, to unlock a 'down' route
- To the n/nw you can find a fishing rod
- To get out of this "swim up" from the entrance of the river. If you swim up elsewhere you'll just be in the river and will need to go back "down"
Kaveril:
- The Guards blocked me from entering the city at "night".
- Update: I could enter the town during the day without the guards blocking me.
- The smith blocks me from going in his home.
- The back room doesn't seem to have anything interesting in it, besides the smith's wife who is wearing a silver necklace
- If you go into the bakery, you'll notice in the back room there is a bed for Dorian
- Ask baker about dorian
- If you search the bed, you'll find the "piece of cloth" of the pocket ripped off of Dorian's abductor's shirt. This made sense later on when I killed a Kaveril man and found a key in his shirt to Berul.
- In the elder's lounge, Deverah blocks access to the back room
- 'search cupboards' to find garlic
- This is very important if you are doing the quest. Don't skip this step!
- Their son is in the back room
- in the elder's lounge, Davelok will answer questions
- Ask davelok about vampires
- Ask davelok about berul
- look at letter
- ask davelok about Dorian
- if you say "yes", he tells you to visit the cleric
- In the cleric's room there is a flask for holy water. It was on the floor but you may need to kill the cleric to get it.
- Ask cleric about vampires
- Looking at the townsfolk, I noticed one of the men looked suspicious. Basically "All his clothes are dirty, and in his coat there is a bright blotch in the place of one pocket. As he looks at you, you notice a suspecting tinge in his eyes"
- When I killed him, he dropped a coat. The description looked suspicious. When I did a 'search coat', I found a key
- Go to the Berul gate and 'unlock gate' with the key
- The horses are emaciated. Don't recommend searching the floor
- The shopkeeper is selling all sorts of blood and talismans
- Buy necklace, so you don't have to fight the temple guardian.
- The priest talks about wanting to become "one of them"
- Kind of funny if you ask priest about vampires.
- Yup, vampires....
- Guards block access to a room in the NE.
- I've been told there is a way to get past the guards without killing them. I don't know how to do this though...
- Once you kill the guard, you can access the temple. Going into the temple in the next room a temple guardian will block your path. You need to kill them to proceed. This is the hardest fight in the entire quest chain.
- You can totally skip this fight by "show necklace to guardian"
- Continuing into the temple, you will hit a dead end. "push alter" to open a stairway down.
- IMPORTANT: 'drop garlic' in the basement room. This will prevent Jacobi from agroing and attacking your party. This means you can skip a very tough fight if you are doing the quest.
- 'open coffin' to relese Jacobi. Hopefully you dropped the garlic. Otherwise he is very tough and will summon all the dogs in the city to help him.
- 'release dorian' to complete the quest!!!
